cool and mellow afternoon

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Tea · code BL-3239

Green tea with lemongrass-ginger and lemon; cool like a soft drink.

Refreshingly cool this afternoon: clean green tea, fresh ginger grass with its lemongrass-ginger aroma and lightly tart lemon, cool like a cold drink on a hot day. A clean, pleasant scent that is never harsh. Great for the living room, kitchen or desk in the afternoon. Start the diffuser while you make a drink; for more cool, add one drop of spearmint to the mix.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Green tea (fresh, a little grassy and clean); ginger grass (warm and grassy, slightly spicy with a sweet root note) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use cool and mellow afternoon in a diffuser?
Add Green Tea 3 · Ginger Grass 2 · Lemon 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of green tea?
Swap green tea for white tea or black tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: white tea is light and clean with a floral whisper.
When is the best time to use cool and mellow afternoon?
Use it at midday, in hot rooms, or after coming in from outside; you can also mix a room spray for a quick cool-down.
