Getting off work on time is a joy worth celebrating. Myrrh leads with warm resin, slightly bitter like antique wood; jasmine and neroli spread a sweet garden of white flowers, and sweet orange adds a bit of late-afternoon sun. The blend is rich and classy, perfect for the living room at half past five, when the streetlights have just come on. This batch can be mixed ahead for many uses, about 6 drops per diffuser session.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Jasmine (white-floral, sweet, heady and alluring); neroli (white-floral, honeyed and clear) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. Myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
