Blend recipes · Cozy & warm

cold out, warm under covers

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Warm spice · code BL-2731

Bergamot opens elegant and bright; cinnamon and rosemary follow equally, warm spice meeting green herbs. The wind howls outside while the room stays fragrant, calm and warm, just the way you want it. Good for bedrooms on winter nights. Start the diffuser about 20 minutes before you crawl under the covers; for easier sleep, cut rosemary to 1 drop.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use cold out, warm under covers in a diffuser?

What can I use instead of bergamot?
Swap bergamot for lemon or sweet orange — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: lemon is fresh, bright and clean.

Made for chilly days, cold rain, Tet (the Lunar New Year) and Christmas; use it in the living room or bedroom.
