Two versions of chamomile meet: Roman chamomile is lightly sweet like apple tea, while blue chamomile is richer, herbal and slightly sweet like honeyed hay. With equal drops, it smells just like a cup of chamomile tea steaming on the nightstand. It suits a small bedroom with warm lighting. Blue chamomile can leave color in the diffuser, so rinse it with clean water after each use.

As it settles. Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow); blue chamomile (deeply herbal, bittersweet and a little smoky) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
