Two mints lead, punchy and sweet-cool, just like a red-and-white striped candy cane; Ceylon cassia adds sweet warmth at the end. Good for the living room, the Christmas tree corner or the holiday snack table. Keep the diffuser going as you decorate the house; in rooms with small children, skip the peppermint and keep only spearmint and cassia.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Ceylon cassia (sweet, softly spicy and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Ceylon Cassia can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
