Juniper makes up most of it, a dry, peppery conifer scent; pine and rosemary back it up, creating the feel of stepping into a forest after rain. After an overloaded morning, your workspace needs exactly this kind of tidy scent. This is a bottle ratio; add 5 to 6 drops to the diffuser at a time, and crack the window open so the forest scent can drift around the room.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood); pine (green and resinous, like a forest walk) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
