brain fog lifting

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · code BL-0628

Your head feels foggy; you've read the same line three times and still don't get it. Three drops of eucalyptus open with cool, airy freshness, tea tree adds a clean, sharp green streak, lavender softens it, and a single drop of lemon sprinkles on bright fresh peel. Good for a study desk or workspace in the early afternoon. Run it for 15 minutes, get up and walk around a bit, then come back feeling much more alert.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use brain fog lifting in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Tea Tree 2 · Lavender 2 · Lemon 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use brain fog lifting?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
