When laziness comes knocking, bergamot steps up first with an elegant, slightly floral citrus scent. Lemongrass and peppermint follow, one zingy and grassy, the other icy, shifting the air into ready-to-work mode. Just run it in your home work corner, right when you're sprawled out scrolling your phone. Tip: turn on the diffuser, then get up and tidy your desk for five minutes; your body will find its rhythm.

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
