Cypress leads with green needles, while lemongrass and lemon sit equally, fresh and tangy. It smells like a lawn freshly mowed in the morning, good for the living room or porch in summer, for those moments you want to kick off your shoes and go barefoot. Start the diffuser as you open the doors in the morning; for a fresher version, add 1 drop of lemon.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
