What does the air smell like after a sudden downpour? Bright, fresh lemon, cypress green as wet branches, grassy lemongrass, and frankincense holding a warm, earthy layer at the bottom. Great for the living room in the afternoon, right when you open the doors to let the breeze in. For a longer-lasting scent, add one drop of frankincense; for more freshness, add more lemon.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
