A sluggish afternoon needs a restart. Lavender, cedarwood and sweet orange share equally: purple herb, dry wood, juicy ripe fruit, while one drop of lemon adds brightness. The scent is neat and cheerful, good for a home office or study corner. Open the window, turn on the diffuser, drink a glass of water and tidy your desk for five minutes before you carry on.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
