You open your phone and the group chat says 99+ messages. Three drops each of rosemary and spearmint keep your mind clear, eucalyptus lays an airy freshness on top, and a single drop of lime adds a green, tangy note. Your desk on a Monday morning is where it's needed most. Tip: make some tea and switch on the diffuser before you start reading; the messages will feel much less scary.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
