Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Eighty pages of slides, and not a single word read yet. Lime opens sharp and zesty, eucalyptus and rosemary follow with airy herbs, and one drop of peppermint keeps the scent cool throughout. This focus blend suits a reading corner or a small meeting room. Switch on the diffuser as you open the first page; by page 40, top it up with 2 drops of lime.

On opening. Lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
