Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
Eight in the morning, the whole team gathered around one table. Rosemary leads with a crisp herbal note, basil and thyme add a warm, spicy layer, and a drop of lemon opens things up so the air feels brighter. A small meeting room, a group study room or a work-friendly cafe will all take to this scent easily. Tip: switch it on 15 minutes before the meeting so the scent can spread, and don't set the diffuser in the middle of the table.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
