20-minute lunch nap

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0319

Twenty minutes of lying back in the middle of the workday. Tea tree opens with clean green leaves, lavender and frankincense come in equal measure to soften and warm, and ylang-ylang adds a touch of sweet yellow flowers. The scent is clear and pleasant, perfect for a home office or a break corner at work. Set the diffuser timer for 20 minutes, set an alarm, then close your eyes.

How it unfolds

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

FAQ

How do I use 20-minute lunch nap in a diffuser?
Add Tea Tree 3 · Lavender 2 · Frankincense 2 · Ylang Ylang 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of tea tree?
Swap tea tree for rosemary or eucalyptus — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use 20-minute lunch nap?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
