zero-dollar spa day

4 oils · Floral · Herbal · Minty · code BL-2164

A spa day that costs nothing but a few drops of essential oil. Eucalyptus leads, clear and cool, spearmint follows sweet and fresh, and lavender with tea tree balance soft florals against clean greens. This is a full-bottle ready-mix batch. Take 6 drops each time for a bathroom diffuser, paired with a face mask and some instrumental music.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use zero-dollar spa day in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 3 · Spearmint 2 · Lavender 1 · Tea Tree 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use zero-dollar spa day?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
