Peppermint and lemongrass sit equally, cool tingle meeting fresh tang like a cup of lemongrass mint tea; cinnamon adds a touch of warm spice for the year-end weather. Good for the office or meeting room during breaks. Run the diffuser for 15 minutes over the tea break; for more warmth, cut peppermint to 2 drops.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass and Cinnamon can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
