yawn, then back to it

4 oils · Citrus · Minty · Tea · code BL-3033

Lush green lemon leaf plus lemongrass, cool spearmint, clean white tea.

One big yawn, then back to work: lush green lemon leaf and lemongrass brighten your mind, spearmint adds a sweet cool breath, and white tea keeps the base clean. Great for the office early in the afternoon or a study desk at night. Stand up and stretch, take a sip of water, run the diffuser for fifteen minutes, then get back to it.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon leaf (green, slightly bitter and very fresh); lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); spearmint (sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. White tea (light and clean with a floral whisper) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Skin irritant

FAQ

How do I use yawn, then back to it in a diffuser?
Add White Tea 3 · Lemon Leaf 2 · Lemongrass 1 · Spearmint 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of white tea?
Swap white tea for black tea or green tea — same tea family. The blend will shift a little: black tea is steeped, warm and slightly malty.
When is the best time to use yawn, then back to it?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
