winter nose care

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · code BL-2207

Take care of your nose in winter with a really gentle blend. Eucalyptus radiata opens soft and cool, rosemary and lemon build a green, bright middle, and tea tree leaves a clean finish. Works in the bedroom at night or a home office during the day. Run the diffuser alongside a humidifier so the room doesn't get too dry.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Eucalyptus Radiata 3 · Rosemary 2 · Lemon 2 · Tea Tree 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use winter nose care in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus Radiata 3 · Rosemary 2 · Lemon 2 · Tea Tree 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus radiata?
Swap eucalyptus radiata for eucalyptus or clary sage — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: eucalyptus is strong, cool and wide open.
When is the best time to use winter nose care?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
