Dress shirt for the video call, pajama pants underneath; nobody has to know. Six drops of lavender make a soft base, rosemary adds green leaf to keep your head clear, and geranium and bergamot bring green rose and slightly tea-like orange peel. Good for a home desk all day long. Run the diffuser intermittently, once every 30 minutes, so your nose doesn't get used to the scent.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
