well-rested and glowing

3 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · code BL-1542

The feeling of someone who just got a full eight hours of sleep. Four drops of geranium bring a fresh green rose, while rosemary and bergamot, three drops each, add green herbs and elegant citrus. The scent is alert and fresh without being harsh, great for the bedroom in the morning or a work corner. If you actually didn't sleep enough last night, add 1 drop of rosemary to make up for it.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser
Geranium 4 · Rosemary 3 · Bergamot 3 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

50 ml room spray
Geranium 12 · Rosemary 9 · Bergamot 9 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use well-rested and glowing in a diffuser?
Add Geranium 4 · Rosemary 3 · Bergamot 3 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of geranium?
Swap geranium for lavender or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: lavender is floral-herbal, clean and soothing.
When is the best time to use well-rested and glowing?
Use it when guests are coming, on weekends, after tidying the house, or whenever you want a little good mood.
