On opening. Lemon eucalyptus (green, lemony and cool, a little like lemongrass); citronella (strong, green and slightly lemony) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
