Blend recipes · Cozy & warm

too lazy to go out

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Woody · code BL-2717

Cedarwood, rosemary and sweet orange, two drops each: warm dry wood, sharp green and cheerful citrus. Pleasant and not too sweet, made for days when you just want to stay in and potter around, tidy the closet and cook a pot of soup. Put the diffuser in the living room; for larger rooms double it, and for more warmth add 1 drop of cedarwood.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

FAQ

How do I use too lazy to go out in a diffuser?
Add Cedarwood 2 · Rosemary 2 · Sweet Orange 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of cedarwood?
Swap cedarwood for sandalwood or patchouli — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: sandalwood is creamy, smooth and long-lasting.
When is the best time to use too lazy to go out?
Made for chilly days, cold rain, Tet (the Lunar New Year) and Christmas; use it in the living room or bedroom.
