done playing it cool

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · Woody · code BL-1667

Sweet orange and ylang ylang open friendly and unpretentious, then cedarwood and rosemary slip in with a woody note and a green leafy one that clears your head. Perfect for typing an honest text or studying with your crush at home. Run the diffuser in a room of about 12 m², on intermittent mode; leave out the rosemary if you want a softer, sweeter scent.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Ylang ylang (rich, creamy, tropical and sweetly floral) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
