Remember running out into the yard to play in the rain as a kid. Lemongrass and rosemary, three drops each, are zingy and green-herbal, while eucalyptus radiata and basil, two drops each, add airy coolness and spicy-sweet leaves. The scent is like a garden after the rain, the leaves soaking wet. Great for the living room or balcony on rainy days. Open the window as it runs so the scent blends with the smell of damp earth.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating); eucalyptus radiata (gently cool, softer than classic eucalyptus) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
