Blend recipes · Easy breathing
A steam session before sleep, simple and soothing. Eucalyptus and lavender stand side by side, clear-cool and gentle, lemon brightens, and Roman chamomile closes soft and smooth. Put 2–3 drops in a bowl of hot water, drape a towel over your head, close your eyes and breathe slowly for a few minutes. Keep your face a safe distance from the water and don't lean in too close.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
