Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Six oils but only eight drops: eucalyptus and lemon open cool and fresh, then peppermint, rosemary, lavender and frankincense, one drop each, layer in and gradually soften. On days when your nose feels off, this scent helps the room feel airier and cleaner. Use it in a bedroom diffuser before bedtime; don't use it in a baby's room.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
