Blend recipes · Easy breathing
Some days your nose needs a gentler touch. Lemon opens fresh and bright, lavender follows with a smooth floral layer, and Roman chamomile settles at the end, a bit like ripe apples, warm and soft. This blend suits bedrooms, reading rooms or the desk of anyone sensitive to scent. For an even gentler version, use 1 fewer drop of lemon and set the diffuser to intermittent mode.

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); Roman chamomile (like ripe apple and dry hay, soft and mellow) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
