Blend recipes · Easy breathing

sneezing mid-presentation

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · Resinous & sweet · code BL-2216

Sneezing in the middle of a presentation makes you want to vanish into the floor. Peppermint and lemon split evenly and open cool and bright, while frankincense and eucalyptus add one drop each for a warm base and clear breathing. Great for a small meeting room or your own desk. Run a mini diffuser for 15 minutes before the meeting, then switch it off as people walk in.

How it unfolds

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lemon (fresh, bright and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use sneezing mid-presentation in a diffuser?
Add Peppermint 2 · Lemon 2 · Frankincense 1 · Eucalyptus 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of peppermint?
Swap peppermint for spearmint — same minty family. The blend will shift a little: spearmint is sweet and cool, softer than peppermint, with a hint of chewing gum.
When is the best time to use sneezing mid-presentation?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
