Blend recipes · Meditation & calm
Slow and cheerful needs a fresh note to kick things off. Sweet orange brings the feel of early sunshine, myrrh pulls it down onto a warm, dry wood base, and rosemary adds a green, airy herbal touch. This blend suits weekend mornings of slow-brewed coffee and an old song. For a little more alertness, bump rosemary up to three drops.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
What remains. Myrrh (bittersweet, resinous, deep and classic) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
