simple but enough

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Woody · code BL-1015

Simple yet complete, like a home-cooked family dinner. Four drops of cedarwood lay a warm, dry wood base, three drops of sweet orange add cheerful freshness, sandalwood brings creamy wood, and a single drop of clary sage closes soft and sweet. Great for the living room or dining room after dinner. For a fresher version, raise sweet orange to four drops.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); sandalwood (creamy, smooth and long-lasting) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Cedarwood 4 · Sweet Orange 3 · Sandalwood 2 · Clary Sage 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

50 ml room spray
Cedarwood 12 · Sweet Orange 9 · Sandalwood 6 · Clary Sage 3 drops + 1 teaspoon of food-grade alcohol, then top up with distilled water. Shake before spraying.

FAQ

How do I use simple but enough in a diffuser?
Add Cedarwood 4 · Sweet Orange 3 · Sandalwood 2 · Clary Sage 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of cedarwood?
Swap cedarwood for patchouli or cypress — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: patchouli is like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet.
When is the best time to use simple but enough?
Use it while meditating, doing yoga, journaling, or simply sitting still for 10 minutes without your phone.
