Blend recipes · Easy breathing
You might be sick, but your room can still have taste. All four oils split three drops each: peppermint and eucalyptus open clear and cool, geranium slips in a surprising green-rose floral layer, and rosemary closes with an herbal note. The result is airy with a touch of flair. Run the diffuser in the bedroom in the afternoon; if the floral side feels too loud, use 1 drop less geranium.

On opening. Peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
