refreshing the results page

3 oils · Citrus · Woody · code BL-1214

Waiting on exam results and hitting refresh on the results page again and again. Juniper, lime and bergamot, two drops each: resinous green, sharp tart zest and a clean, fresh citrus. Nice for the bedroom or your study desk while you wait. Don't sit glued to the screen, though. Go wash the dishes or water the plants, then come back and check later.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh); bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lime and Bergamot can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use refreshing the results page in a diffuser?
Add Juniper 2 · Lime 2 · Bergamot 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of juniper?
Swap juniper for cedarwood or sandalwood — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: cedarwood is dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings.
When is the best time to use refreshing the results page?
Best in the morning, early afternoon, or right after a nap; avoid using it close to bedtime.
