The warm, dry wood of cedarwood arrives first; sweet orange and cypress follow equally, fresh orange meeting green needles; a drop of patchouli lays a damp-earth base. Good for the entryway or the corner where the puffer jackets hang, as you get ready to head out on a cold day. Run the diffuser while you change; put 1 drop on your scarf to take a little warmth along.

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
