post-KPI soak

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · code BL-3286

Soft cajeput, pomelo and lavender; sitting still till the tiredness passes.

A long soak after a KPI crunch: soft cajeput leads, lavender is gentle, pomelo peel is fresh, and clary sage is warm and herbal, so you can just sit still and let the tiredness pass. A soft, rustic scent, great for the bathroom, the bedroom or the sofa in the evening. Let the diffuser run while you soak your feet in warm water; for a softer version, add one drop of lavender.

How it unfolds

On opening. Cajeput (cool yet warm, and very familiar); pomelo (bittersweet and fragrant, very Vietnamese) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use post-KPI soak in a diffuser?
Add Cajeput 3 · Lavender 1 · Pomelo 1 · Clary Sage 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of cajeput?
Swap cajeput for rosemary or eucalyptus — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use post-KPI soak?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
