Lemongrass opens fresh and tangy, rosemary and basil sit equally, sharp herbs and spicy leaves, and a drop of thyme adds dry warmth. It smells like the herb garden behind the house, good for the kitchen or a balcony full of potted herbs. Use it while cooking; for a fresher version, add 1 drop of lemongrass.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Basil (sweet and green with a hint of anise); thyme (warm, dry and herbal with a touch of spice) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass and Thyme can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
