How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Black tea (steeped, warm and slightly malty); rosewood (sweet, floral and woody, soft and rosy); palmarosa (sweet and grassy with a rosy note) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
