one hour of slow living

3 oils · Floral · Herbal · Woody · code BL-0428

One hour without your phone, and this scent keeps the rhythm for you. Rosemary opens green and a little camphoraceous, like herb leaves crushed in your palm; geranium softens it with rose, and cedarwood closes with dry pencil-shaving wood. Good for watering plants, making tea, or reading a few chapters of a paper book. Set the diffuser timer for exactly 60 minutes; when it switches off, rejoin the world.

How it unfolds

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

FAQ

How do I use one hour of slow living in a diffuser?
Add Rosemary 3 · Geranium 3 · Cedarwood 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of rosemary?
Swap rosemary for eucalyptus or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: eucalyptus is strong, cool and wide open.
When is the best time to use one hour of slow living?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
