okay, deep breath now

3 oils · Floral · Herbal · Warm spice · code BL-0491

Stay calm, stay cool, and take a really deep breath. Twenty drops of lavender make a smooth floral base, ten drops of tea tree add clean green freshness, and two tiny drops of cinnamon are just enough to leave a warm spice at the end. This batch lasts many uses, 5 drops of the mix each time. Good for rainy afternoons, when you want a scent that is both clean and warm.

How it unfolds

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

FAQ

How do I use okay, deep breath now in a diffuser?
Add Lavender 5 · Tea Tree 2 · Cinnamon 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lavender?
Swap lavender for geranium or ylang ylang — same floral family. The blend will shift a little: geranium is green and rosy, fresh and balanced.
When is the best time to use okay, deep breath now?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
