Blend recipes · Energy & alertness
A long night in the on-call room needs a clear, non-drowsy scent. Cypress, cedarwood and tea tree split it evenly at three drops each, creating a green, dry conifer-wood base with a fresh, sharp edge. This blend feels like forest air at night, perfect for on-call rooms and night-shift workspaces. Tip: top it up around 2 in the morning, when your body is most likely to crash.

On opening. Tea tree (green, medicinal and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
