my happy place

3 oils · Citrus · Herbal · code BL-0675

Your happy place isn't far away; it takes just five drops. Bergamot opens with tangy, slightly bitter citrus, clary sage follows with a soft herbal note like dried tea leaves, and lemon adds a flash of crisp peel. The scent is light, clean and pleasant. Good for a small desk or the bathroom. For a stronger version in the living room, just double the recipe.

How it unfolds

On opening. Bergamot (light citrus with a floral edge, Earl Grey style); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Bergamot and Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use my happy place in a diffuser?
Add Bergamot 2 · Clary Sage 2 · Lemon 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of bergamot?
Swap bergamot for sweet orange or lemongrass — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: sweet orange is ripe, sweet, cheerful and round.
When is the best time to use my happy place?
Turn it on when your head feels tight: before a meeting, after a long day, or when you need a few minutes to settle.
