mountain homestay mornings

3 oils · Citrus · Woody · code BL-2204

Mountain homestay vibes, early morning mist hanging outside the window. Juniper opens with dry, resinous wood, lemon brightens, and cypress leaves a fresh green note like pine-panel walls. Great for the bedroom, the living room or a rustic-style studio. Turn on the diffuser with some string lights and an acoustic playlist, and you'll feel like you're in Da Lat.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Juniper (green and berry-like, with clean resinous wood); cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

FAQ

How do I use mountain homestay mornings in a diffuser?
Add Juniper 3 · Lemon 2 · Cypress 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of juniper?
Swap juniper for cedarwood or sandalwood — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: cedarwood is dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings.
When is the best time to use mountain homestay mornings?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
