monthly target: done

4 oils · Citrus · Floral · Herbal · Woody · code BL-1129

This month's target gets finished, not pushed to next month. Lemon and rosemary, two drops each, open with fresh tang and sharp green notes, while lavender and cedarwood, one drop each, add gentle calm and dry wood. Great for an office or desk at the start of the month. Write your goals on a piece of paper and stick it right next to the diffuser, where you'll see it every time.

How it unfolds

On opening. Lemon (fresh, bright and clean); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use monthly target: done in a diffuser?
Add Lemon 2 · Rosemary 2 · Lavender 1 · Cedarwood 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of lemon?
Swap lemon for sweet orange or bergamot — same citrus family. The blend will shift a little: sweet orange is ripe, sweet, cheerful and round.
When is the best time to use monthly target: done?
Run it at your desk or study corner in cycles of 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off, so your nose does not tune the scent out.
