Bright, fresh lime opens the show, with lavender and rosemary following quickly, bringing to mind salty wind, sea grass and soft sunshine. Made for days when you are stuck at the office but your mind is already on the beach. The recipe is just right for a diffuser in a medium office or a bedroom of about 20 m². Rosemary is fairly noticeable, so use one drop less if you are scent-sensitive.

On opening. Lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lime can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
