Blend recipes · Meditation & calm
Being mindful while lazy is totally allowed. Clary sage and rosemary get two drops each, one warm and sweet like herbal tea, the other green and fresh, then a single drop of patchouli holds an earthy tail. Perfect for an afternoon sprawled on the sofa, staring at the ceiling, doing nothing at all. If you want to feel sleepier, drop the rosemary and use lavender instead.

On opening. Rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. Patchouli (like damp earth and dark wood, deeply sweet) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
