limp as a noodle after overtime

3 oils · Herbal · Resinous & sweet · code BL-0354

Overtime done, and you're as limp as a rice noodle. Clary sage leads with warm, sweet herbs, eucalyptus adds a cool, airy stream, and frankincense closes with deep, fragrant resin. The scent is pleasant and balanced, perfect for the bedroom or living room when you get home late. Take a warm shower, turn on the diffuser, have a light snack and go to bed; in a small room, cut eucalyptus to 2 drops.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Frankincense (resinous with a light lemony note, deep and still) sinks in and lingers after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Clary Sage 5 · Eucalyptus 3 · Frankincense 2 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

FAQ

How do I use limp as a noodle after overtime in a diffuser?
Add Clary Sage 5 · Eucalyptus 3 · Frankincense 2 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of clary sage?
Swap clary sage for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use limp as a noodle after overtime?
Use it at the end of the day, on weekends, while reading or right after a shower — whenever you want everything to slow down a beat.
