Good form is temporary; rest is what shows real class. Twenty drops of lavender lay a wide backdrop, clary sage drapes a soft veil of herbs, lemongrass shoots up zesty grassy lemon, and geranium ties them together with green rose. It's a big batch, 5 drops of the mix per use. Good for a home office after a string of busy days; switch on the diffuser when you close the laptop.

On opening. Lemongrass (fresh, green and clean) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Lavender (floral-herbal, clean and soothing); clary sage (sweet, herbal, slightly musky and unhurried); geranium (green and rosy, fresh and balanced) form the body of the scent and stay longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Lemongrass can irritate skin — dilute well and patch-test on a small area first.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
