Blend recipes · Easy breathing
No need to fly to Seoul; your own bathroom can become a jjimjilbang, a Korean bathhouse. Eucalyptus opens icy cool, cypress stands beside it with green wood like a timber sauna, and rosemary adds an herbal accent. Drop 3–4 drops in a corner of the shower floor while the hot water runs, or put it in a diffuser outside the bathroom door. This ratio makes a batch you can use many times.

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); rosemary (cool, green, herbal and invigorating) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.
As it settles. Cypress (fresh, dry and clean like conifer wood) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.
What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.
Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.
