Blend recipes · Cozy & warm

glowing from within

4 oils · Citrus · Woody · Resinous & sweet · Warm spice · code BL-2840

Cedarwood sets a dry wood base, sweet orange adds sweet freshness, cinnamon brings warm spice and a drop of vanilla lines it with creamy sweetness. A scent that warms from the inside out, pleasant all evening long. Good for the living room or dining room on cold days. After dinner is the right time; add 1 drop of vanilla for more sweetness, or more cinnamon for more spice.

How it unfolds

On opening. Sweet orange (ripe, sweet, cheerful and round) rises first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

As it settles. Cinnamon (spicy-sweet, hot and warm) forms the body of the scent and stays longest in the room.

What remains. Cedarwood (dry and warm, like a wooden chest and pencil shavings); vanilla (creamy, sweet and cozy) sink in and linger after the diffuser is off.

Method

Diffuser
Cedarwood 4 · Sweet Orange 3 · Cinnamon 2 · Vanilla 1 drops in 200–300 ml of water. Run for 30–60 minutes, then take a break.

FAQ

How do I use glowing from within in a diffuser?
Add Cedarwood 4 · Sweet Orange 3 · Cinnamon 2 · Vanilla 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of cedarwood?
Swap cedarwood for sandalwood or patchouli — same woody family. The blend will shift a little: sandalwood is creamy, smooth and long-lasting.
When is the best time to use glowing from within?
Made for chilly days, cold rain, Tet (the Lunar New Year) and Christmas; use it in the living room or bedroom.
