Blend recipes · Easy breathing

fresh from the shower

4 oils · Citrus · Herbal · Minty · code BL-2113

It feels just like you've washed your hair and it's still cool and damp. Eucalyptus and peppermint open clean and clear, lime balances with a slightly bitter citrus peel, and a bit of fresh lemon makes everything crystal clear. Great for the bathroom, the vanity or weekend-morning cleaning. This ratio uses a lot of drops; a mini diffuser only needs half.

How it unfolds

On opening. Eucalyptus (strong, cool and wide open); peppermint (cool, sharp and clean); lime (zesty, gently tart and very fresh); lemon (fresh, bright and clean) rise first, clearest in the first 10–15 minutes.

What remains. With no woody or resin base note, this blend fades fairly quickly — switch it on again after 1–2 hours to keep the room scented.

Method

Diffuser

Safety

Photosensitizing

Lime and Lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight when applied topically — avoid sun and tanning beds for 12 hours after applying.

Do not use for children under 6, during pregnancy, or if you have a health condition without asking a professional first. Never ingest essential oils; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

FAQ

How do I use fresh from the shower in a diffuser?
Add Eucalyptus 2 · Peppermint 2 · Lime 2 · Lemon 1 drops to 200–300 ml of water. In a room under 15 m², use 1–2 drops less; in a room over 25 m², add 1 more drop of the main oil.
What can I use instead of eucalyptus?
Swap eucalyptus for rosemary or tea tree — same herbal family. The blend will shift a little: rosemary is cool, green, herbal and invigorating.
When is the best time to use fresh from the shower?
Use it in closed rooms, on humid days, in monsoon season or after long hours of air conditioning — diffuse in short 20–30 minute runs.
